Many of us have shoeboxes or old albums full of old images that beg to see the light of day.  They capture family history, and are priceless memories that should be preserved.  Unfortunately, time can be cruel to these old photographs, but it is amazing what digital restoration can accomplish.   I enjoy restoring old photographs perhaps better than enhancing new ones - some restorations can be extremely difficult, but the rewards of a successful restoration is priceless ..

Another "puzzle" picture, this required the "invention" of the plane's wing, carrier deck, and the trailing ocean - a fun project!!
